As a customer of ArtbyMira, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement (use your right of withdrawal) within 14 days from the day you receive the item, or a substantial part of it. The right of withdrawal applies under the condition that the goods are in essentially unchanged condition. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is a message that you send me (e-mail for example) that you want to exercise the right of withdrawal or that you return the item before the first expiry date.

If there is no fault with the delivered item and you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay the cost of sending the item back. Refunds for the item will be made to you no later than 30 days after I have received the returned item.
