Art print "Forest Longing"

ABOUT THE PAINTING
The painting is about a longing for the spring forest and paying attention to nature's more subtle patterns and structures. Stones are also an important element in the painting, both in colors that I made from stones, but also the stones in the motif, which are painted with earth pigments and are now recreated in a new form.
Colors and details are inspired from an childrens book, Elsa Beskow's illustrations from Tomtebobarnen.

The original painting is painted with:
- Green soil, stone
- Coal and ash
- Acrylic paints
- Details with acrylic pencils and oil pastels
- Pine twigs have been picked from the ground and are printed on the canvas

ABOUT ART PRINTING
- Printed locally just outside of Umeå on a 200 gram fully matte, warm toned art paper with a light texture. The paper is called Hahnemühle Photo Matt Fiber and gives a softer feel than an off-white paper
- Comes without frame
- 2 cm white border around the print
- Available in a limited edition of 30 copies per motif
- Available in two sizes 70x50 and 100x70
- Signed and stamped with an embossing press on the front of the print where it says the number of the edition.

ATTENTION! Keep in mind that all computer monitors display color differently, so your painting may differ slightly in color from the image you see on your screen. I try to edit the image as close to the original as possible.
